The following steps describe the on-going requirements. The facility personnel are responsible for assuring that this section of Module 4 is performed whenever necessary so that all on-going requirements are met whenever they are relevant.

Has any significant new information been discovered concerning any EHS or HC for which an MSDS has been submitted (under Section 311)? |

Within three months of significant change, provide a revised MSDS which includes the changed information to any SERC, LEPC or local fire department which received the initial submission. |
