    The following steps describe the on-going requirements. The facility personnel are responsible for assuring that this section of Module 4 is performed whenever necessary so that all on-going requirements are met whenever they are relevant.

Has any significant new information been discovered concerning any EHS or HC for which an MSDS has been submitted (under Section 311)?

Within three months of significant change, provide a revised MSDS which includes the changed information to any SERC, LEPC or local fire department which received the initial submission.
