  One-Time Reporting Requirements  
     
 
 
 
  The following steps describe a one-time reporting requirement, unless updates are required (Please refer to Steps 25 - 32 of this module).

Choose either to submit MSDSs or a list of all EHSs and HCs present at the facility to satisfy EPCRA Section 311, Community Right-to-Know requirements.

Indicate which of the five physical and health hazards listed in the second column of the Tier II form are exhibited by each EHS, product/mixture, or HC which was listed on the Tier II form(s) in Steps 11 and 20 A.

  Step 23
 
Prepare enough sets of MSDSs to supply one set to each LEPC, fire department, and SERC with jurisdiction over the facility. Each set of MSDSs must contain an MSDS for each EHS product/mixture, or HC which was recorded on the Tier II form in Steps 10 and 20 A.
  Step 22B
 
Prepare enough copies of the Tier II form(s) (PDF Forms) to supply one to each Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), fire department, and State Emergency Planning Response Commission (SERC) with jurisdiction over the facility.
