Use any information available at the facility to identify these chemicals and complete Optional Comprehensive Inventory worksheet entries for these chemicals. If exact information is not available, use reasonalble estimates to complete the inventory.

Classify these chemicals as Extremely Hazardous Substances (EHS), Hazardous Substances (HS), and/or Toxic Chemicals (TC) as applicable (see Steps 3, 4 and 5). Mark the appropriate block(s) in the "Chemical Classification(s)" column next to each product/mixture or chemcial on the Optional Inventory Worksheet.
