Context Sensitive On-Line Help

CAIRS on-line help files are hyperlinked (via the question mark icon ) directly to the CAIRS graphical user interface. The help links are context sensitive and address both the use of a web browser and the use of the CAIRS pages. Clicking on the icon opens a new browser window. This feature allows you to resize the "help" browser window and continue to reference the online helps while you are working in CAIRS (see example below). After viewing the help information, close the window to maximize the use of computer resources.

In addition, the HELP hyperlink on the CAIRS home page links to the top level of CAIRS help files. This hyperlink is also found at the bottom of most pages. NOTE: The HELP hyperlink does NOT normally open a new browser window. However, if you prefer this hyperlink to open a new window, click with the right mouse button on the hyperlink and select Open in New Window from the menu.
