This report is being revised to reflect changes in organization structure within the Department and policy changes regarding reporting. Additional changes are planned to be phased-in during subsequent quarterly reports. The data in this report will continue to represent only a snap-shot in time of the DOE's performance. For this report, the data were extracted from the CAIRS database on May 15, 2007 , unless otherwise identified, include all DOE federal and contractor work (including NNSA organizations) for the period of January - March, 2007. Note: Due to changes in recordkeeping requirements, injury/illness data beginning in 2002 are not comparable to that of prior years.
