This report is being revised to reflect changes in organization structure within the Department and policy changes regarding reporting. Additional changes are planned to be phased-in during subsequent quarterly reports. The data in this report will continue to represent only a snap-shot in time of the DOE's performance. For this report, the data were extracted from the CAIRS database on September 28, 2004 and, unless otherwise identified, include all DOE federal and contractor work (including NNSA organizations) for the period of January - June, 2004. Note: Due to changes in recordkeeping requirements, injury/illness data beginning in 2002 are not comparable to that of prior years.
