Construction Injury Date Analysis


OSHA RELEASES STUDY ON U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS CONSTRUCTION INJURY DATA


The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction injury data from 2,578 lost- time accidents and 43 fatalities was reviewed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The OSHA study covered the period from 1984-1988 and was part of OSHA's ongoing effort to target accident causes and find effective strategies to prevent them.
