(If a site inventory has not been developed, please refer to Module 1, Inventory of Hazardous, Extremely Hazardous and Toxic Chemicals. Module 1 is an option, not a requirement, but if a site inventory has not been compiled Module 1 may provide useful information for developing a site inventory system.)
