Step 3 Do any of the products from the site's inventory meet EPA's exemptions from Section 313? (40 CFR 372.38)	Yes	Step 4 Make a list of the products with the applicable exemptions for each product.
(If a site inventory has not been developed, please refer to Module 1, Inventory of Hazardous, Extremely Hazardous and Toxic Chemicals. Module 1 is an option, not a requirement, but if a site inventory has not been compiled Module 1 may provide useful information for developing a site inventory system.) No
