Determining Whether the Facility is Subject to the Toxic Chemical Release Inventory

Step 1 Does the facility have 10 or more full-time employee equivalents? Yes	No	Step 2 The facility is not required to submit the Toxic Chemical Release Inventory (Form R) because it does not meet the employee equivalent criteria. It is therefore not necessary to complete Module 5. Complete the modules pertaining to the other sections of EPCRA at this time if they have not yet been completed. Return to the EPCRA Main Index
