    One-Time Reporting Requirements    
         
   
 
   
    This section of Module 2 describes one-time reporting requirements, unless updates are required (see Step 14).    
         
         
    Step 11
 
Notify the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) that the facility has present an amount of EHS that is greater than or equal to its TPQ. This notification can be accomplished through a letter.

    Step 12
 
Designate a person at the facility to be the facility emergency planning coordinator. This person will act as a liaison with the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC).

    Step 13
 
Notify the LEPC that the facility has present an amount of EHS that is greater than or equal to its TPQ and provide the LEPC with the identity of the facility emergency planning coordinator. Thsi notification can be accomplished through a letter.

    Step 14
 
At this point, the facility's Emergency Planning Notification responsibilities are complete until the LEPC requests additional information or changes occur at the facility which affect emergency planning.
