The OSHA 300 Logs will incorporate several important changes on Jan. 1 2004.
The OSHA 300 and 300A forms for 2004 will have several changes from the recordkeeping forms used in 2003. OSHA Form 300, Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, and the OSHA 300A Form have an added a column for recording occupational hearing loss data. In addition, other changes have been made to the format of the forms.
