The JCCRER 2009 PARTICIPANT HANDBOOK can be viewed and downloaded by visiting the link below. The Handbook provides a comprehensive JCCRER resource and repository of relevant material including meeting agenda, JCCRER organizational structure and membership, roster of participants, scientific briefings abstracts and presentations, copy of original JCCRER agreements as well as all subsequent Protocols and extensions, most recent Memorandums of Meeting, and a listing of all JCCRER generated peer reviewed publications. The JCCRER 2009 Photos provide a snapshot of the participants, presenters, and the U.S. and Russian JCCRER and Executive Committee members. The photos also capture the signing ceremony of the 2009 Memorandum of the Meeting by Mr. Glenn Podonsky, U.S. JCCRER Co-Chair and Dr. Mikhail Kiselev, Russian JCCRER Co-Chair.
The JCCRER 2009 Cultural Day photos capture the sites and activities that provided Russian and American guests with the opportunity to visit and learn about historical landmarks located in and near Washington, DC. The combination guided bus/walking tour was led by a history professor and included visits to the first President George Washington's Mt. Vernon Estate and Gardens, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the Korean War Veterans Memorial, and other points of historical interest. The visit to Mt. Vernon concluded with a wreath laying ceremony.
