     The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (Board) is pleased to enclose a copy of our Third Quarterly Report to Congress on the Status of Significant Unresolved Issues with the Department of Energy's Design and Construction Projects. Congress mandated that the Board write this report in the House Conference Report 109-702 (Section 3201), on the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (H.R. 5 122).
