The purpose of this letter is to forward the enclosed National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) list of facilities that will complete a Safety Related Ventilation System Evaluation in accordance with the Department's Implementation Plan (IP) for Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board Recommendation 2004-2, Active Confinement Systems.  The list itself is Deliverable 8.6.1 of the IP.  The list has been reviewed and accepted by the NNSA Central Technical Authority and Chief, Defense Nuclear Safety.
