The purpose
of this letter is to inform you that the Recommendation
2004-2 Core Team has completed actions under Deliverable 8.5.2 of the
Implementation Plan for Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety
Board Recommendation 2004-2,
Active Confinement Systems.
This deliverable required
that we assemble a
group of subject matter experts to develop appropriate performance and/or design
expectations as input to a
guidance document
for performing the Safety
Related Ventilation
System Evaluation. This Recommendation 2004-2 subteam has been organized and is led
by Mr. Robert
C. Nelson, DOE-Officer
of River
Protection. Team members supporting Mr.
Nelson include:
