Quality Assurance Program assessment reports for Pantex, Los Alamos, Nevada and
Livermore Site Offices. These
assessments were conducted during November-December 2003, to meet the
requirements of Action 1.3.1 of the Quality Assurance Improvement Plan. We have reviewed the assessment reports and
directed the Site Offices to take appropriate actions to resolve the issues identified
in a timely manner.
We consider Action 1.3.1 of the Quality
Assurance Improvement Plan to be complete. If there are any questions regarding the
