REQUEST FOR EXTENTION TO PROVIDE THE UPDATED LISTING OF THE U.S.

DEPARTMENT OF ENGERGY (DOE) PERSONNEL

 

In December 2002, the DOE committed on behalf of the Federal Technical Capability Panel to provide the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (Board) with an updated list of personnel filling positions as subject matter experts at the DOE’s field and area offices.  On January 28, 2003, DOE briefed Board staff and provided a draft of the updated listing.  Based on this briefing, I am requesting an additional 8 weeks to ensure that the listing fully addresses the Board’s concerns.  I look forward to continued interactions with the Board in finalizing this matter.
