Operating Experience Committee

The Operating Experience Committee (OEC) is chartered under the Department of Energy (DOE) Integrated Safety Management Council and in conjunction with DOE Order 210.2A, DOE Corporate Operating Experience Program, which was approved on April 8, 2011. The focus is on sharing lessons learned and best practices related to operating experience both internal and external to DOE. The OEC Charter provides a description of the OEC's purpose, background, membership, functions, and operations.
