This table summarizes the preplacement medical testing used
at the Department of Energy occupational medicine clinics
as part of worker fitness-for-duty evaluations at the facilites
listed. Individuals should contact the facilites directly
for additional information about the tests. The information
presented below is in response to a survey of DOE sites regarding
the preplacement medical testing currently conducted on employees.
The current survey request was sent to the sites in April
2004, by the DOE Office of Occupational Health (EH-53). It
is compiled and updated yearly. Facilities should confirm
the accuracy of these listings and report any changes in their
