Rule 851 Comments System
This system is to be used to submit comments as required in the Federal Register Notice. To respond,
please fill out the information below, input your comment and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of
the page. If you wish to submit more than one comment, choose "Yes" at the bottom of the form before
hitting "Submit." If you choose "Yes," the form will reappear containing your personal information. An
email containing your comment will be sent to you upon submission. In addition, your responses and general
comments may be submitted to rule851.comments@hq.doe.gov.
