Published quarterly, the Field Office Reports provide calendar year statistical data on the safety performance of the various DOE Field Organizations. These reports contain Injury and Illness Experience statistics and graphs of the most recently prepared Field Office Reports, available from the links below in HTML format. Each publication will be retained for five quarters, to provide for comparison. Note: recent changes in reporting requirements have discontinued the collection of property damage and vehicle accident data. However, all previously reported property and vehicle data remain in the CAIRS database.
