Oversight Board

The Board consists of 5 members who each serve a 5-yr term. The Board members select one member to serve as chairman. A quorum of 3 is necessary on all votes. Boards members must abstain on all matters that could result in a potential conflict of interest.

- Evaluates the Performance Testing Laboratory on a biannual basis for traceability of equipment and standards, conformance with established "quality system", applicable procedures, and good laboratory practices.
