Reporting Injuries Resulting from ARRA Funded Projects

As an option, DOE and DOE contractors can request organization codes to separate occupational injuries/illnesses occurring to employees working on ARRA and non-ARRA funded projects. When requested and appropriately approved, these codes are established in CAIRS by HS-30 staff. The time frames for reporting occupational injuries/illnesses and work hours have not changed. Organizations requesting ARRA codes continue to report all cases and work hours according to the time schedule established in DOE M 231.1-1A, Environment, Safety and Health Reporting Manual.
