Recordkeeping and Reporting - General Session Workshop

This 8-hour workshop will include presentations and participants are given an opportunity to share lessons learned with participants from other DOE sites. The aim of the workshop is to promote timely, accurate, and uniform recordkeeping and reporting practices throughout the DOE community. Some of the topics included on the preliminary agenda are listed below:

  • Three Keys to Improving the Quality of Injury and Illness Data: Investigating, Reporting and Analyzing (panel discussion)

  • Hot Topics (e.g., Non-recorable subcontractor reports, DOE interpretations, special emphasis on security)
  • Review of Sample Case Scenarios

  • Review of Steps to Include in Self-Assessments
